Kaufman & Broad: 23% increase in FY net income

(CercleFinance.com) - Kaufman & Broad has reported a 23% increase in net income to E60.
2m for 2023, with its recurring operating margin up 0.3 point to 7.8% and overall sales up 7% to E1.41bn (excl. VAT).

The real estate group estimates that it should remain in a positive net cash position after taking into account a total dividend payout of E48m for 2023, or E2.40 per share, which will be submitted for approval at the AGM on 6 May.

FY 2024 sales are expected to come in at around E1.1bn, with the difference from 2023 due to the base effect of the Austerlitz transaction. Its operating income recurring rate is expected to be between 7% and 7.5%.
