Kaufman & Broad: 9m net income up 43%

(CercleFinance.com) - Kaufman & Broad has reported 9m 2023 net income, group share of E45.
5m, up 43% from E31.9m in 9m 2022, as well as a 0.8-point improvement in recurrent operating margin to 8%.

The real estate group's total revenues reached E1.08bn (excl. VAT) at 31 August, vs. E885.8m a year earlier. It also boasts a total backlog of E2.7bn, equivalent to around two years' business.

The group confirms its FY outlook, i.e. net income, group share that up by around 20%, an operating margin of around 8%, and sales growth of 6% to 10%.
