United Airlines: ups annual EPS target

(CercleFinance.com) - On the occasion of the publication of better-than-expected figures in its second quarter, United Airlines Holdings Tuesday evening upgraded its target range for annual adjusted EPS, bringing it up to between 10.
5 and 12 dollars.

In adjusted data, the air carrier boasts net profits of 1.1 billion dollars for the quarter just gone, making 4.21 dollars per share, when analysts expected an average of 13 cents less.

Its adjusted pre-tax margin over one year improved by two points to 12.4% for a growth in operating revenue of 5.8% to 11.4 billion dollars (+6.1% for passenger traffic revenues).
