Travelers: completes acquisition of insurtech Corvus

(CercleFinance.com) - Travelers has announced that it has completed the acquisition of cyber-insurance specialist Corvus Insurance, which it initially formalised last November.


The New York-based insurer says that it is delighted with the integration of Corvus, with which it had previously forged a strong strategic partnership.

Corvus distributes policies using a proprietary technology platform that identifies its customers' vulnerabilities and reduces their risk levels.

Travelers says it financed the acquisition of the American insurtech from its existing resources.
