Toll Brothers: EPS down 27% in Q4

(CercleFinance.com) - Luxury homebuilder Toll Brothers reports EPS of $4.
11 for Q4 2022-23, down 27% from $5.63 a year earlier, with pre-tax profit down 28% to $605m.

"Home sales revenues were $2.95 billion, down 18% compared to FY 2022's fourth quarter; delivered homes were 2,755, down 27%, Net signed contract value was $2.01 billion, up 53%".

"With resale inventories at historic lows, buyers continue to be drawn to new homes, and we expect lower rates with lower inflation to add to this already solid demand," says CEO Douglas Yearley.
