Dell: dividend increased 20% with earnings release

(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday evening on its earnings release, Dell Technologies announced a 20% increase in its annual dividend per share, to $1.
78, starting with the quarterly payment due in early May.

Over Q4 (ended 2 February), the IT equipment manufacturer's adjusted EPS (non-GAAP) rose by 22% to $2.20, despite revenues contracting by 11% to just over $22.3bn.

Management said that its strong momentum in AI-optimized servers continues, with orders up almost 40% sequentially and backlog nearly doubling, to end the year at $2.9bn.
