Blackstone: EU approves joint acquisition of Adevinta

(CercleFinance.com) - The European Commission has approved the acquisition of joint control of Adevinta of Norway by Permira Holdings of Guernsey and Blackstone of the US.


The transaction mainly concerns the online display advertising and online classifieds markets.

The Commission concluded that the notified transaction would not raise competition concerns, given the limited market positions of the companies resulting from the proposed transaction.
