Pluxee: share buyback program implemented

(CercleFinance.com) - Pluxee announces the implementation of a share buyback program for an amount of up to 30 million euros over a period ending June 30, in accordance with the authorization granted by its Annual General Meeting.


The employee benefit solutions company intends to implement this program and to retain the repurchased shares as treasury stock, in order to cover its free share plans.

Pluxee has appointed an investment services provider to implement the share buyback program in accordance with current regulations, who will act independently.
