Signify: temporary CFO appointment

(CercleFinance.com) - Signify announces the appointment of controller Zeljko Kosanovic as CFO on a temporary basis as of April 1, replacing Javier van Engelen who has resigned to follow other interests.


After holding various positions at Schneider Electric, Zeljko Kosanovic joined the Dutch lighting solutions specialist in 2017 as CFO of the digital solutions division, before taking on the role of group controller in 2021.
