Boskalis: half-year earnings up 61%

(CercleFinance.com) - For the first six months of 2022, Boskalis Westminster posted net profit growth of 61% to 116 million euros and EBITDA up 29% to 292 million euros, of which an accounting gain of 50 million euros linked to the sale of Keppel Smit Towage.


The Dutch supplier of maritime and port infrastructure saw a revenue growth of 22% to 1.61 billion euros (+20% excluding scope and foreign exchange effects) due to the high utilisation of large vessels.

Based on its order book and save unforeseen circumstances, management declares that it expects EBITDA levels for the second half of the year to be in line with the first, adjusted for exceptional items.
