Nexi: net income of 711.8 ME for fiscal 2023

7 million in fiscal 2023, up 7.0% on fiscal 2022, and EBITDA of ?1,751.8 million, up 10.0%.

EBITDA margin stands at 52%, up 146 basis points on FY 2022, 'thanks to the acceleration of efficiency gains and the realization of synergies as part of the Group's integration'.

Sales for Q4 2023 reached ?912.9 million, up +6.8% on Q4 2022. EBITDA totaled 484.1 million euros, up +9.7% with an EBITDA margin of 53%, up 139 basis points on Q4 2022.

Net income for the year totaled 711.8 million euros, with normalized EPS of E0.54, up 4.9% year-on-year.

For 2024, Nexi expects mid-single-digit year-on-year growth, mid- to high-single-digit year-on-year EBITDA growth, and excess cash generation of over ?700 million.
