Diageo: chooses future Board Chairman

(CercleFinance.com) - Diageo today announced that Sir John Manzoni, currently a non-executive director, will be appointed Chairman of the Board around 5 February, 2025, when the current Chairman, Javier Ferrán, steps down.


Indeed, Javier Ferrán is due to retire in February 2025 after nine years on the board.

Diageo says that Sir John Manzoni joined its board in October 2020, having served as Chief Executive of the UK Civil Service from 2014 to 2020.
