Icape: secures financing from a European banking pool

(CercleFinance.com) - This evening, the Icape group announced the successful completion of a financing operation with a pool of 9 European banks, as well as the issue of a revival bond.


In concrete terms, the operation involves the provision of financing of ?47 million, including ?41 million in senior debt and ?6 million in revival bonds.

The financing operation comprises a Refinancing Loan for a total of ?21 million and an External Growth Credit Line for ?40 million, of which ?20 million is confirmed.

' The additional resources granted will enable us to reinforce our aggressive external growth dynamic in the short and medium term, in line with our strategy', commented Arnaud Le Coguic, CFO of the Icape group.
