Safe: audit initiated for a turnaround plan

(CercleFinance.com) - On December 18, Safe's management launched a full audit of the Group, with a view to preparing a draft recovery plan, with the assistance of the court-appointed administrator, for presentation to the Pontoise Commercial Court.


On the strategic front, management intends to maintain the focus on the Safe Medical (medical devices for orthopedic surgery) and Safe Orthopaedics (ready-to-use technologies for back surgery) subsidiaries.

Management is already studying new industrial configurations aimed at increasing Safe Medical's machining capacities, reducing production lead times and creating a specific offering linked to its ability to deliver sterile products.

Safe is studying new short- and medium-term financing options with its financial partners, and is negotiating with its main shareholder the conditions for granting financing to cover its needs until the start of the turnaround plan.
