Bio-UV: return to growth forecast for 2024

(CercleFinance.com) - On Friday, water treatment specialist Bio-UV said it expects to return to growth in 2024, after posting a sharp drop in sales in 2023.


The SME said it posted consolidated sales of 43.1 million euros last year, down 16% on 2022, following the very strong business growth (+54%, of which +16% organic) achieved in 2022.

The company has maintained its financial targets for 2023, namely a double-digit operating margin (Ebitda), strong free cash flow generation and net financial debt reduced by over 3.5 million euros.

With an order backlog reaching 10.5 million euros in mid-January, compared with ten million at the same time last year, Bio-UV has set itself the target of returning to organic growth in 2024 and improving its profitability.

Following this publication, Euroland's analysts renewed their Buy recommendation on the share, with a target price of four euros.

The stock's valuation (...) offers an unprecedented entry point since the group's IPO, while its fundamentals do not seem to us to have deteriorated fundamentally", emphasizes the brokerage firm.

Listed on the Paris Bourse, Bio-UV shares were gaining over 5% by mid-day Thursday.
