Valbiotis: 15 ME capital increase

(CercleFinance.com) - Valbiotis announces the launch of a capital increase with cancellation of preferential subscription rights and implementation of a priority subscription period in favor of existing shareholders
for an amount of 15 ME through the issue of 3,363,229 New Shares at a unit price of 4.

This price represents a discount of 20.1% to the closing price on December 8, 2023 (E5.58), and a discount of 16.5% to the volume-weighted average of the 5 trading sessions preceding the setting of the issue price by the Executive Board (E5.34).

Valbiotis is launching a capital increase with the aim of ensuring its future growth and self-financing, while maintaining its focus on its current activities", commented Sébastien Peltier, Chairman of the Management Board and co-founder of Valbiotis.

The share price is down nearly 14% this morning, the biggest drop on the Paris market.
