Poxel: CDC falls below the 10% threshold

92% of this biopharmaceutical company's capital and voting rights.

The public financial institution specifies that this crossing of thresholds, via Bpifrance Participations SA and Bpifrance Investissement which it controls, results from an increase in the total number of Poxel shares and voting rights.
