GTT: DNCA Finance holds over 5% of share capital & voting rights

, a limited partnership acting on behalf of funds it manages, declared to the AMF that it had exceeded the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights in GTT, and held 5.
32% of the company's capital and voting rights on behalf of
the said funds.

This threshold crossing results from the acquisition of GTT shares on the market.
