GTT: net profit down 4% in 2022

(CercleFinance.com) - GTT (Gaztransport & Technigaz) has announced a 4.
3% drop in net profit to 128.3 million euros for FY 2022, as well as a 6.4% drop in EBITDA to 161.1 million euros, i.e. a margin of 52.4%, slightly down relative to 2021 (54.7%).

The engineering company, which specialises in membrane containment for LNG, saw its revenues fall 2.4% to 307.3 million euros, with revenues from new construction down by 4.4% to 279.5 million euros.

The Board of Directors has decided to propose a stable dividend of E3.10 per share for 2022. An interim dividend was paid in December and the balance of E1.55 will be paid on 12 June.

GTT is targeting 2023 revenues of 385 to 430 million euros, EBITDA of 190 to 235 million euros, and a dividend payout of at least 80% of net profit.
