Suez: acquires an air quality specialist

(CercleFinance.com) - Suez announced on Tuesday that it has acquired Aria Technologies, a French air quality specialist, in order to meet the growing needs of its clients in the domain of climate change.


The environmental services group says that the deal will enable it to enhance its platform of solutions for monitoring and treating air pollutants, odours and greenhouse gases.

Founded in 1990, Aria Technologies offers air modelling services to industrial companies and local authorities for urban development projects and air pollution studies.

The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
