DLSI: two temporary employment agencies acquired in Eastern France

(CercleFinance.com) - Human resources services group DLSI has announced the acquisition of two temporary employment agencies, ML Intérim and PRESTIM, which operate three branches in Colmar (Haut-Rhin), Saint-Avold and Sarreguemines (Moselle).


For the 2023 financial year, these two companies generated sales of around 19 million euros. Operating profitability in 2021 and 2022 is between 8 and 9% of sales, and is expected to be comparable in 2023.

"These acquisitions offer an attractive opportunity in terms of geographical presence, strengthening the Group's network in the Grand Est region, and diversifying its customer base and business", explains DLSI.
