Novacyt: Taiwanese laboratory retained

(CercleFinance.com) - Novacyt announces that it has been officially informed by INEX Innovate Pte Ltd of its decision to terminate discussions concerning the acquisition of Yourgene Health Taiwan Co Ltd, as originally announced by Yourgene Health plc on June 13, 2023.


As a result, Yourgene's Taiwanese laboratory activities will remain with the French molecular diagnostics company, which considers this non-disposal to have no impact.

Novacyt's Board of Directors will continue to evaluate a number of options for the future of the Taiwanese laboratory's activities 'which present the best assets for all stakeholders'.
