Nexity: favorable vote by Euro PP bondholders

(CercleFinance.com) - Nexity has announced that its Euro PP bondholders have voted in favor of exempting the company from banking ratios until the close of its 2024 financial statements.
The institutions in its banking pool had already unanimously exempted it from these same obligations.

The real estate group adds that it will be re-launching a technical consultation in the next few weeks to finalize the alignment of banking and bond documentation, mainly with regard to security and cross-default clauses.
