LNA Santé: LNA Ensemble exceeds 10% of voting rights

(CercleFinance.com) - On February 3, LNA Ensemble declared to the AMF that it had individually exceeded the threshold of 10% of the voting rights in LNA Santé, and thus held 8.
39% of the capital and 11.14% of the voting rights, as a result of an allocation of double voting rights.

On this occasion, the concert consisting of LNA Ensemble and other shareholders did not cross any LNA Santé thresholds, and as of February 3 held 51.60% of the capital and 65.31% of the voting rights of the dependency care group.

LNA Ensemble states that it has no plans to make any further acquisitions of LNA Santé shares, nor to acquire sole control of the company, nor to request the appointment of one or more additional persons as directors.
