Elior: general manager becomes CEO

(CercleFinance.com) - Elior Group announces a series of changes in its Board of Directors, including the appointment of Bernard Gault as CEO.
He will thereby ensure the continuity of the margin recovery plan initiated since his appointment to the board on 1 March.

This combination of roles of Board Chairman and Chief Executive Officer should also lead to the successful outcome of an in-depth study into the potential strategic options for the food services group.

Equally, following the entry into the capital of Derichebourg, Daniel Derichebourg and Françoise Mahiou have been co-opted as directors to represent it, replacing Robert Zolade and Sophie Javary.
