Savencia: annual sales up nearly 4%

(CercleFinance.com) - Savencia Fromage & Dairy has posted 2023 sales of E6.
79bn, up 3.7%, with organic growth of 11.6% and a structural effect of 2.1%, which more than offset a negative currency effect of 10%.

Sales of cheese products rose by 8% LFL, thanks to price adjustments in response to high global inflation, as well as volumes that remained solid despite purchasing power pressures.

Sales of other dairy products rose by 17%, with a very good volume performance in certain countries, particularly in the recovery of the out-of-home catering sector, as well as price effects on part of the portfolio.
