URW: sells Westfield Santa Anita in California

(CercleFinance.com) - Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) has announced that it has completed the sale of Westfield Santa Anita in Arcadia, California, to a commercial real estate investor, for a sale price of 537.
5 million dollars (100%, with URW having a 49% share).

This is the largest shopping centre transaction in the US since 2018, Eastdil Secured said, which is advancing its program to streamline its regional asset portfolio.

With this transaction, URW has completed 0.9 billion dollars (URW share) of disposals in the US since 2021, as part of its program to drastically reduce its financial exposure to the US.
