Altarea: 9m sales down 11.1%

(CercleFinance.com) - Altarea has reported sales of almost E1.
82bn for 9m to 30 September 2023, down 11.1% due to the decline in property development activity and a rate of alignment with the European taxonomy of 47.1% (compared with 44% for FY 2022).

It expects FY 2023 FFO to fall sharply, but to be significantly better than the trend seen in H1 2023. Its dividend will now be equal to E8 per share, with an optional share component of 75%.

AltaGroupe (A. Taravella family) and its affiliates, on the one hand, and Crédit Agricole Assurances and its affiliates, on the other, together representing nearly 69% of Altarea's share capital, have undertaken to opt for the full payment of the proposed dividend in shares.
