Repsol: launches share buyback program

(CercleFinance.com) - On Monday evening, Repsol announced that its Board of Directors decided to implement a share buyback program, involving 35 million shares, or around 2.
87% of its capital, for a maximum net investment of E913.2m.

These share buy-backs, starting this Tuesday and due to be completed by the end of July, are intended for the cancellation of 40 million shares, representing around 3.29% of its capital, as decided by the Board on 2 February.
