Beiersdorf: raises 2024 sales forecast

(CercleFinance.com) - On its quarterly trading update, Beiersdorf raised its sales forecasts for 2024, now expecting organic growth of 6%-8% at the group level, as well as for its consumer segment.


Q1 total sales reached E2.6bn, with organic growth of 7.3%, including consumer sales of E2.2bn, with organic growth of 10%, while tesa's sales declined by 5.4% in organic terms.

Beiersdorf said that its main consumer brands posted growth. Nivea's strong double-digit growth boosted its portfolio, with sales increases across the board, particularly in Europe and emerging markets.
