SGS: H1 EPS up 59.1%

(CercleFinance.com) - SGS (Société Générale de Surveillance) today reported H1 revenues of 3.
1 billion Swiss francs, up 17.9% at constant exchange rates y-o-y.

Adjusted EBIT increased from 330 million Swiss francs in H1 2020 to 457 million Swiss francs in H1 2021, up 38.5% (40.6% at constant exchange rates).

As a result, H1 profit reached 290 million Swiss francs, up 63.8% y-o-y. EPS therefore increased by 59.1% to 36.29 Swiss francs.

The gradual recovery of the market, developments of ICT end-markets and customer demand confirm our strategic trend, said company CEO Frankie Ng.
