Telenet: EU clears joint acquisition of Livit

(CercleFinance.com) - The European Commission has cleared the acquisition of joint control of Livit by Willemen Groep and Telenet, both of which are from Belgium.


Livit is a newly formed joint venture that rents furnished residential units and related services.

The Commission concluded that the proposed acquisition would not give rise to any competition concerns because of the limited impact that it would have on the market.
