Waga Energy: amendment to liquidity contract
(CercleFinance.com) - On April 2, 2024, Waga Energy signed an amendment to the liquidity contract signed on November 19, 2021 with Portzamparc - BNP Paribas, increasing the resources allocated to it by 300,000 euros.
This operation, which falls within the scope of AMF decision no. 2021-01 of June 22, 2021 concerning the introduction of liquidity contracts for equity securities as part of accepted market practice, is designed to improve the liquidity of the stock and create better trading conditions for investors.
