Yum! Brands: Q3 EPS up by a third

(CercleFinance.com) - Yum! Brands has reported Q3 2023 EPS excluding non-recurring items of $1.
44, up 32% y-o-y, with adjusted operating profit that is up 16%.

The restaurant group, which operates the KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell banners, posted system sales that are up 10% at constant exchange rates (+6% LFL), with a record number of new gross points of sale for the period.

The group says that its two growth engines, KFC International and Taco Bell US, are leading the way, with KFC showing well-distributed strength in both developed and emerging markets.
