EBay: Q4 EPS flat

(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday evening, eBay reported stable adjusted EPS (non-GAAP) of $1.
07 for Q4 2023, with an adjusted operating margin down 3.2 points to 26.7% on revenues of $2.56bn, up 2% (+3% excluding currency effects).

For Q1 2024, the online auction platform anticipates adjusted EPS of $1.19 to $1.23, with revenues of $2.50bn to $2.54bn, up by 0 to 2% excluding currency effects.

This month, eBay's Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.27 per share for Q1 2024, up 8%, while authorizing an additional $2bn share buyback program.
