Comcast: Q3 EPS up 12.5%

(CercleFinance.com) - Comcast has reported Q3 2023 adjusted EPS that is up 12.
5% at $1.08, with adjusted EBITDA up 5.1% to $9.96bn, on revenues that were pretty flat (+0.9%) at just over $30.1bn.

The cable operator and entertainment group's management says that it took Oppenheimer to over $900 million at the worldwide box office, the highest box-office receipts ever for a biographical film.

Amongst other achievements over the period, it also highlights record adjusted EBITDA for its theme park business - up 20% to $983m, as well as nearly an 80% increase in the Peacock paying subscriber base, to 28 million.
