Electrolux: new board appointments on the way

(CercleFinance.com) - Electrolux announces that its Nomination Committee will propose the election of Geert Follens, Daniel Nodhäll and Michael Rauterkus as new members of the Board of Directors at Electrolux's Annual General Meeting on March 27, 2024.


The Nomination Committee will also propose the re-election of Petra Hedengran, Ulla Litzén, Karin Overbeck, David Porter and Jonas Samuelson as members of the Board of Directors.

It will also be proposed that Torbjörn Lööf be elected as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors, succeeding Staffan Bohman.
