Wolters Kluwer: H1 EPS up 6%
(CercleFinance.com) - Wolters Kluwer has reported H1 2023 adjusted EPS that is up 6% at E2.
17, while its operating margin fell 2.1 points to 26.1%, which it said reflects higher personnel costs and investments in innovation.
At E2.72bn, the Dutch software and information services group's sales were up 4% at constant exchange rates and 6% on an organic basis, with continued strong momentum in recurring revenues.
Wolters Kluwer will propose a H1 dividend of E0.72 per share, i.e. 40% of the previous year's total dividend, with the group confirming its target of an improved margin for FY 2023.
