Voltalia: successful E490m capital increase

(CercleFinance.com) - Voltalia yesterday announced the success of its capital increase in cash with preferential subscription rights (DPS) for a gross total of almost 490 million euros.


This operation will result in the issue of 35,765,712 new shares at a unit subscription price of 13.70 euros.

The capital increase is intended to provide the Company with additional resources to finance its objective of a consolidated capacity of at least 5.0 GW in operation or under construction by 2027, for which the Company estimates the amount of investment required at 2.5 to 3 billion euros.
