Clariane: Q1 sales up 7%

(CercleFinance.com) - Clariane has announced sales of E1.
31bn for the three months to 31 March 2024, up 7.4% as reported and LFL, due to both higher volumes and a positive pricing impact, particularly in France.

The dependency care group notes that in its nursing home business, the occupancy rate over the first three months of the year improved by 1.9% to 89.6%.

For 2024, Clariane expects continued organic sales growth of over 5%. EBITDA excluding IFRS 16, on a pro-forma basis of expected disposals, should remain stable.
