Eutelsat: internet for all project in Mexico

(CercleFinance.com) - Eutelsat Communications has announced its significant participation in the "Internet para Todos" (Internet for All) project alongside three major Mexican ISPs, including Apco Networks and Globalsat.


The satellite operator is providing capacity on board the Eutelsat 65 West A satellite for the deployment of Internet access in Mexican schools located in rural areas through the installation of Internet access points.

The "Internet para Todos" program, developed by CFE Telecommunications with the support of the Mexican government, aims to accelerate the provision of Internet services to the entire Mexican population, which, for the record, is over 130 million.
