Xilam: Swedbank Robur Fonder holds less than 5% of the company

(CercleFinance.com) - On January 15, 2024, Swedbank Robur Fonder AB, acting on behalf of funds under its management, declared that it had fallen below the threshold of 5% of the capital of Xilam Animation and held, on behalf of said funds, 267,894 Xilam Animation shares representing 535,788 voting rights, i.
e. 4.55% of the company's capital and 6.88% of its voting rights.

This threshold crossing is the result of a capital increase by Xilam Animation.
