Vinci: Pierre Anjolras appointed Chief Operating Officer

(CercleFinance.com) - Vinci announces the appointment of Pierre Anjolras as Chief Operating Officer.
Reporting to CEO Xavier Huillard, he will be responsible for overseeing the group's operational activities in its various business sectors.

Having worked for the construction and concessions group since 1999, Pierre Anjolras was appointed President of Vinci Construction in early 2021. In this capacity, he was responsible for the merger of Eurovia and Vinci Construction.

This appointment is the first step in the implementation of the succession plan for Xavier Huillard, whose term of office as CEO will end at the close of the 2025 AGM, and as director and chairman of the board after the 2026 AGM.
