Seb: acquires Swiss company Pacojet

(CercleFinance.com) - Groupe Seb has announced that it is continuing its growth in the professional market with the acquisition of Pacojet, a family-owned company specialising in the development and marketing of a culinary appliance.


Pacojet, a Swiss company founded in 1992, has designed a unique emulsifier that makes ice creams, sorbets, sauces, mousses, fillings, purées and much more in less than 90 seconds, the household appliance manufacturer said.

With the acquisition of Pacojet, Groupe Seb's professional activity is thus enriched by a complementary offer with a brand and iconic products that meet the strong development ambitions in this segment.
