Accor: BlackRock above 5% of share capital
(CercleFinance.com) - On April 23, BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, declared to the AMF that it had exceeded the threshold of 5% of Accor's share capital and held, on behalf of said clients and funds, 5.
47% of the share capital and 4.58% of the voting rights. The American asset management giant explained that this threshold crossing was the result of an off-market and on-market acquisition of Accor shares and an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
