Boiron: nearly 600,000 shares tendered to the OPAS

(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext Paris, Bryan Garnier & Co, BNP Paribas and CIC have informed the AMF that at the close of the simplified tender offer (OPAS), its initiator held 13,857,518 Boiron shares, representing 78.
98% of the capital and 76.79% of the voting rights.

During the period of the simplified tender offer for Boiron shares, i.e. from January 11 to 31 inclusive, Boiron Développement acquired 599,410 shares at a unit price of ?39.64 under the semi-centralized procedure organized by Euronext Paris.
