Adecco: down slightly after quarterly results

(CercleFinance.com) - Adecco shares are down 1% in Zurich today after the publication of Q1 2024 adjusted EPS that fell 18% to E0.
59, with an EBITA margin excluding non-recurring items down 30bp to 2.8%.

The Swiss human resources services group's revenues fell 3% to E5.72bn as reported, but were flat on an organic basis, with a gain in market share.

We have achieved revenue stability and maintained firm price discipline in difficult market conditions, while continuing to improve costs across the business, CEO Denis Machuel said.

For Q2 Adecco expects to continue to gain market share in a difficult macroeconomic environment, while managing its resources with agility, focusing on productivity and G&A cost savings.
