Philip Morris: 8% increase in quarterly EPS

(CercleFinance.com) - Philip Morris International announced pro forma adjusted EPS of $1.
33 for the third quarter of 2022 (excluding Russia and Ukraine), up 8.3% on a currency-adjusted basis, driven by price increases and operating cost efficiency. Adjusted net revenues grew 6.9% organically.

For 2022 as a whole, the tobacco group raises the lower end of its adjusted net revenue growth outlook between 6.5% and 8% on an organic basis, and continues to expect adjusted EPS growth between 10% and 12% excluding currency effects.
