Motorola: raises annual guidance

(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday night Motorola Solutions raised its FY guidance, now targeting adjusted EPS of 9 to 9.
04 dollars, with revenue growth of 10% to 10.25%, up from previous guidance ranges of 8.88-8.98 dollars and 9.5% to 10% respectively.

The group said that its record backlog at the end of Q3 and its continued business momentum places it well to end the year with record revenues, earnings and cash flow.

The telecom equipment maker reported adjusted EPS that is up 21% at 2.35 dollars over the quarter, with an adjusted operating margin that is up 1.5% at 26.3%, with revenue that is up 13% at 2.11 billion dollars.
