Moderna: Jefferies confirms Buy recommendation

(CercleFinance.com) - Jefferies confirms its Buy recommendation on the stock with a target price of $125 following new data on the AACR cancer vaccine in the head and neck.


The new data on the HNSCC 2L cancer vaccine are interesting. They show a stronger trial in combo with PD1 compared to what Keytruda alone has shown in previous phase II/III studies, it says.

The data confirm the validity of the INT platform and suggest that it could work in indications other than melanoma, Jefferies adds.

Moderna will rapidly launch pivotal studies, with 3 ongoing studies, and may launch a study in HNSCC.
